Dial IT Advanced (Tapi & Skype) has a customized easy-to-use dial IT toolbar with contact detail and a contact list view, and dials or accepts calls with a mouse click using a headset.
With this tool, you are able to call a contact from the company detail view and company list view, secondary contacts, from the clipboard, and via Skype.
Dial IT Advanced (Tapi & Skype) enables you to choose one number for speed dial, direct dialing if only one number is available, to send SMS, jump to contact detail receiving the call, and go back to the last contact after finishing the call.
This tool has customized caller identification, a pop-up window with contact details with history that appears when you receive the call, and it allows you to edit/remove histories and to add activities during the call, among other features.
